Word Export, YouTube Links, and Manuscript Uploads

Three highly-requested additions: paste a YouTube link to skip the file upload, upload a written manuscript directly, and download any generated content as a formatted Word document.

This update is all about fitting into your existing workflow — however you prepare and record your sermons, and wherever you need the content to end up.

If your sermons are already on YouTube, you no longer need to download and re-upload the file. Paste the video URL directly into SermonAI and we'll handle the rest.

Works with public and unlisted videos. Expect processing to take about 90–120 seconds while we fetch and transcribe the audio.

Upload a manuscript

Preach from a written manuscript or detailed notes? You can now upload your sermon text directly — as a PDF, a Word document, or plain text pasted into the editor.

Manuscript uploads skip the transcription step entirely and go straight to content generation, which means faster results and cleaner outputs when your source material is already well-structured.

Download to Word

Every generated content type can now be downloaded as a formatted .docx file. The document includes:

  • Sermon title and date
  • Fully formatted content with headings and scripture references
  • Clean, print-ready layout

Open it in Word or Google Docs, add your church header, and it's ready to print or email.
