Billing & Payments
How billing works for your SermonAI subscription.
SermonAI uses Stripe to process all payments securely.
When you're charged
- Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date
- You'll receive an email receipt after each payment
- If a payment fails, you'll be notified by email and given a grace period to update your payment method
Updating your payment method
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal
- Update your credit card, debit card, or other payment method
The billing portal is hosted by Stripe and handles your payment information securely. SermonAI never stores your full card details.
Viewing invoices and receipts
From the billing portal, you can:
- View your complete payment history
- Download PDF invoices for any past payment
- Update your billing email address if receipts should go to a different inbox (e.g., your church's finance team)
Accepted payment methods
SermonAI accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
