Reviewing Your Content
How to review and edit generated content in SermonAI.
Every piece of content SermonAI generates is fully editable. Think of the AI output as a strong first draft that you can refine to match your exact needs.
The review interface
After generation, each content type appears in its own tab within the sermon view. You can:
- Read through each output in a clean, distraction-free view
- Edit inline — click into any text to make changes directly
- Switch between tabs to review different content types for the same sermon
All edits are saved automatically.
What to look for
When reviewing your content, pay attention to:
- Accuracy — make sure key points, scripture references, and illustrations are correct
- Voice and tone — SermonAI aims to match your style, but you may want to adjust phrasing to sound more like you
- Completeness — check that nothing important from the sermon was missed
- Relevance — for discussion questions and devotionals, verify the questions and reflections connect to the points that matter most
Editing tips
- Focus on the introduction and conclusion first — these set the tone
- Add personal anecdotes or details that may not have come through in the transcription
- For discussion questions, feel free to reorder or remove questions that don't fit your group dynamics
- You can always copy the content, edit it in your preferred word processor, and come back to the original if needed
