How We Use Your Content
A plain-language explanation of how SermonAI handles your sermon content.
We believe your sermons belong to you. Here's exactly how SermonAI handles the content you upload.
Your content is yours
- We never use your sermons to train AI models. Your sermon content is processed to generate your outputs and is not used for any other purpose.
- We never share your content with third parties for marketing, research, or any purpose outside of delivering the service to you.
- We never publish or display your content to other users.
How processing works
When you upload a sermon:
- Your file is securely transmitted and stored
- Audio and video files are transcribed using AI speech recognition
- The transcription (or manuscript text) is sent to our AI to generate your selected content types
- The generated outputs are saved to your account
The AI processes your content on-demand. Once your outputs are generated, the AI does not retain or learn from your sermon.
Third-party AI services
SermonAI uses third-party AI providers to power transcription and content generation. These providers:
- Process your data only as instructed by SermonAI
- Do not use your content to train their models
- Are bound by data processing agreements that protect your content
